International STAND UP to Bullying Day isn’t just for students, parents and teachers. Bullying can happen to anyone, regardless of age. Bullying Awareness Week – November 14th to 20th – aims to eliminate the innocent bystander factor, and teach everyone to recognize and stop bullying wherever it occurs.

The Blue That Connects Us

Knitted river at WaterAid march in London

40000 Knitted Squares for WaterAid

Water is a part of everything, from the air and plants, to all of the creatures that share this Earth. Including humans. Although water belongs to no one, it is treated either like gold, or like trash, depending on the agenda of the moment.

Water is everywhere, yet 4000 children die each day due to illnesses from lack of clean drinking water. Organizations like WaterAid attempt to prevent this tragedy with small, essential efforts like creating wells for communities to use.

We are lucky to be ignorant of the burden of thirst.

Can you imagine going even one day without clean water?
